About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in maintaining and updating employee records.
2. Support in recruitment activities, including coordinating with hiring agencies, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
3. Prepare and manage HR-related documents - JD, employment contracts, offer letters, etc.
4. Help with onboarding new employees and ensuring the completion of joining formalities.
5. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
6. Handle basic HR queries from employees and escalate when required.
