About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:IT recruitment
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future IT hiring needs (developers, QA, DevOps, data, etc.)
2. Draft and publish compelling job descriptions and job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, and job boards)
3. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, internal database, and referrals)
4. Conduct initial HR screening interviews and coordinate with technical panels for interviews
5. Maintain candidate databases, track recruitment metrics, and provide regular hiring reports
6. Ensure a smooth end-to-end recruitment process, from scheduling to offer rollout and onboarding
7. Build a strong talent pipeline for critical IT roles
