About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening applications, scheduling interviews, sending offers/rejections, and managing candidate communication.
2. Employee data management: Updating HR databases, filing documents, maintaining records, and ensuring data confidentiality.
3. Assisting with new hire paperwork, orientations, and exit processes.
4. Handling general HR queries, preparing reports, managing calendars, and supporting HR projects.
