About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:A. Candidate Sourcing:
1. Searching and shortlisting candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and referrals.
2. Posting job openings on online platforms and maintaining candidate pipelines.
B. Screening & Initial Evaluation:
1. Reviewing CVs and applications to match job requirements.
2. Conducting initial telephonic/video screenings to verify experience, skills, and language abilities.
C. Interview Coordination:
1. Scheduling interviews between candidates and senior recruiters/clients.
2. Following up with candidates to ensure they attend interviews on time.
D. Document Verification & Collection:
1. Assisting in collecting and checking passports, experience certificates, educational documents, and medical fitness reports.
2. Ensuring all documents meet Saudi Arabia embassy/consulate requirements.
E. Database & Record Management:
1. Maintaining and updating recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
2. Entering accurate information about candidate status and stages.
F. Communication & Follow-Up:
1. Responding to candidate queries promptly.
2. Keeping candidates informed about their selection status, joining formalities, and travel schedules.
G. Support Visa & Travel Processing:
1. Coordinating with visa processing and travel teams for selected candidates.
2. Tracking visa stamping, emigration clearance, and ticket booking status.
H. Reporting & Admin Tasks:
1. Preparing daily/weekly recruitment progress reports.
2. Supporting general HR/admin tasks as assigned by senior staff.
