About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assisting in end-to-end recruitment processes — sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
2. Posting job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
3. Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Maintaining candidate databases and updating recruitment trackers.
5. Supporting onboarding formalities and employee documentation.
6. Helping with daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
7. Assisting in drafting HR policies, offer letters, and internship certificates.
8. Participating in employee engagement activities and HR meetings.
9. Learning and contributing to various HR projects under the guidance of the HR team.
