About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Creating/maintaining/reviewing and updating job descriptions of mandates.
2. Planning & executing a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the client's requirements/role requirements.
3. Being responsible for talent search using databases, social media, and different professional networks
4. Understanding candidates' profiles to evaluate role fitment using standardized screening techniques and conducting preliminary interviews with candidates to gauge fitment.
5. Scheduling and coordinating related activities in the entire recruitment process
6. Contributing to other activities, including feedback on candidates, post-offer follow-ups, etc.
7. Building and strengthening candidate relationships to be able to discuss network and headhunt passive job seekers
8. Maintaining the internal database by updating the details of candidates in the trackers.
