About the Internship
As a 'Recruitment Coordinator Intern' at ClearTax, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the HR team to identify and recruit top talent for our growing organization. 2. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
4. Maintain and update the candidate database and tracking system.
5. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and conducting orientations.
6. Collaborate with team members on recruitment projects and initiatives.
7. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
