About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assisting in identifying and onboarding new vendor partners for recruitment services
2. Maintaining regular communication with vendors to ensure timely submission of candidate profiles
3. Coordinating between internal teams and vendors to track hiring requirements and closure status
4. Ensuring vendor compliance with terms and performance benchmarks
5. Preparing and maintaining vendor-related reports and performance dashboards
6. Supporting in organizing vendor review meetings and follow-up action items
