Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:1. Screening and shortlisting resumes.
2. Sourcing candidates through job portals and social media (LinkedIn, referrals, databases).
3. Conducting screening and competency-based interviews.
4. Performing behavioral and situational interviewing.
5. Evaluating technical and cultural fit.
6. Communicating with candidates clearly and professionally.
7. Managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
8. Assessing candidate potential, not just experience.
