Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Understand client business requirements, company culture, and role expectations.
2. Search for potential candidates using job portals, social media (e.g., LinkedIn), internal databases, and referrals.
3. Conduct initial screenings, Evaluate candidates based on client requirements, skills, experience, and availability.
4. Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates till date of joining.
