About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:A. Candidate Sourcing:
1. Identify and attract suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
2. Review resumes and shortlist profiles based on client requirements.
B. Interview Coordination:
1. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
2. Follow up with candidates to ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
C. Client Assistance:
1. Support the recruitment team in understanding client hiring needs and job descriptions.
2. Assist in preparing candidate summaries and maintaining client trackers.
D. Database & Reporting:
1. Maintain and update candidate records in the company database.
2. Generate daily and weekly recruitment reports for internal review.
E. Market Research:
1. Research hiring trends, job market insights, and competitor activities.
2. Suggest innovative sourcing methods and recruitment tools.
F. Team Collaboration:
1. Participate in daily team meetings and performance discussions.
2. Contribute ideas to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
