About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Talent Sourcing & Screening- Identify potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases; screen resumes and conduct initial evaluations to assess suitability.
2. Candidate Communication & Coordination- Engage with candidates via calls, emails, and messages; explain roles, manage expectations, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
3. Interview Management- Conduct preliminary interviews, shortlist candidates, gather feedback from stakeholders, and ensure a smooth interview process end-to-end.
4. Hiring Manager Collaboration- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, timelines, and provide regular recruitment status updates.
5. Offer & Onboarding Support- Facilitate offer rollouts, negotiate terms where required, follow up on acceptances, and support pre-joining and onboarding formalities.
