Smile Makers Foundation, a government-registered charitable trust, is on a mission to bring smiles to those in need through initiatives in Child Education, Youth Empowerment, and Street Animal Care.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Recruitment Consultant Interns and be a part of our growing team dedicated to creating positive social impact.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct recruitment activities — sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, volunteers, and partner organizations.
3. Support public relations efforts to promote our mission and attract talented individuals.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of all recruitment activities.
5. Use MS Office tools efficiently to manage and track candidate information.
6. Assist in organizing and supporting community engagement events.
7. Contribute ideas and energy to strengthen the overall growth of Smile Makers Foundation.

Internship Details
1. Mode: Hybrid (Online/Offline depending on organizational needs)
2. Duration: 6 months
3. Type: Unpaid Internship — this opportunity is meant for individuals who are passionate about learning, gaining experience, and contributing to social causes rather than seeking monetary benefit.
4. Certificate: Internship completion certificate will be provided.
