About the Internship

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to hone your skills in effective communication, research and analytics, and social media marketing.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates for open positions
2. Utilize social media platforms to attract top talent and engage with potential candidates
3. Assist in screening and interviewing candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for roles
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements for each position
5. Analyze recruitment metrics and data to continuously improve our recruitment strategies
6. Create engaging job postings and promotional materials to attract a diverse pool of candidates
7. Provide support in developing and implementing recruitment campaigns to drive company growth.
Please note we are looking for interns currently pursuing their Masters.
