As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team of experienced recruiters to learn the ins and outs of the recruitment process. Your English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be put to the test as you communicate with candidates and clients.Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for open positions.
2. Conduct initial interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles.
3. Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and provide feedback to both parties.
4. Update and maintain candidate databases and recruitment systems.
5. Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on various job boards and social media platforms.
6. Participate in recruitment events and networking activities to build a strong talent pipeline.
7. Contribute ideas and solutions to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.
