About the Internship
As a Recruitment Consultant intern at Gharpayy, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Training and Development, Recruitment. You will work closely with our HR team to source, screen, and onboard top talent for our rapidly growing company. Your key responsibilities will include:1. Assisting in creating and implementing innovative training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
2. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.
3. Utilizing various recruitment channels to attract and engage potential candidates.
4. Conducting initial interviews and assessments to identify qualified candidates.
5. Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
6. Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
7. Providing support in various HR projects and initiatives to contribute to the overall success of the team.
