About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Call and speak with potential clients to tell them about ongoing property projects and gather their requirements.
2. Follow up with interested buyers regularly through phone calls, messages, or emails to keep them engaged.
3. Understand the customer’s budget, location preference, and needs, and suggest matching property options.
4. Update and maintain records of daily calls, client conversations, and status updates in CRM tools or Excel sheets.
5. Set appointments for site visits or meetings with sales managers based on client interest.
6. Help coordinate property site visits by sharing project details, maps, or directions with the client.
7. Learn about different real estate projects by going through brochures, presentations, and training sessions.
8. Support the sales team in organizing customer meetings, events, or weekend campaigns.
9. Respond to queries from customers by providing correct and timely information.
10. Share feedback from clients with the team to help improve future communication and offerings.
