Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:1. Develop new user-facing features using React.js
2. Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
3. Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
4. Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
6. Work with backend developers to integrate APIs and improve overall system architecture
7. Stay up-to-date with front-end and React best practices and trends
8. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
