About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Design and implement clear SOPs for outward and inward quality checks across all product categories.
2. Ensure packaging and QC staff are trained and equipped to follow these SOPs.
3. Monitor quality metrics and identify process gaps to prevent defective or incomplete products from reaching customers.
4. Create and enforce a process for damage assessment, repair vendor engagement, and replacement procurement.
5. Oversee the flow of damaged products to ensure they are promptly repaired or replaced.
6. Monitor costs and turnaround times for repairs/replacements and optimise them without compromising quality.
