About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:1. Process monitoring: Monitor production quality parameters, support first-piece approvals, and identify substandard items. Execute test quality plans and inspection processes.
2. Defect management: Identify, segregate, and analyze the root cause of manufacturing defects. Document test results and prepare reports.
3. Quality system: Support 5S initiatives, equipment calibration, and general quality system activities.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with production operators and engineers to resolve quality issues and implement improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
5. Data and reporting: Track quality metrics (defect rates, test results) and support continuous improvement projects. Identify, log, and track defects or process gaps.
