About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Conducting routine chemical, microbiological, sensory, and physical testing on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products.
2. Supporting implementation and monitoring of GMP, HACCP, FSMS, ISO 22000, and HACCP/OPRP/PRP systems.
3. Performing sampling, labelling, packaging, and hygiene inspection.
4. Monitoring and documenting critical control points (CCP) and assisting with pest control, cleaning validation, and shop floor training.
5. Logging daily QA records, updating SOPs, and assisting with audit preparations.
6. Assisting with formulation trials, shelf-life studies, and sensory evaluations of ice cream or dairy prototypes.
7. Participating in process optimization, including workflow improvements and KPI tracking.
8. Collaborating with cross-functional teams (production, supply chain, QA) to integrate feedback into product refinement.
