About the Internship
We’re looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) Intern who can rigorously test the HumanAI platform end-to-end, focusing especially on the voice call experience. You’ll simulate real customer journeys, validate call flows, and help us improve reliability and user experience.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Design and execute end-to-end test cases for our AI voice agents, covering inbound and outbound calls.
2. Perform manual and automated testing of call flows, speech recognition, and response accuracy.
3. Identify bugs, inconsistencies, and UX gaps, and provide detailed feedback to the engineering team.
4. Collaborate with developers and product managers to refine test coverage and scenarios.
5. Document test results, edge cases, and recommendations for improving system robustness.
6. Contribute to building automated test scripts for regression and performance testing.
