About the Internship
We’re looking for a detail-oriented intern to help review and validate the outputs generated by our AI systems. Your job as the AI quality assurance intern will be to manually check whether the AI’s responses or actions meet the business requirements and flag any issues before these are shared with our customers.This role offers a great opportunity to understand how AI solutions are tested and improved in real-world use cases.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Review AI-generated outputs (mainly text) and check if they match the business needs.
2. Identify and report errors, inconsistencies, or anything that doesn’t make sense.
3. Follow specific guidelines to review and validate AI responses.
4. Maintain clear documentation of what was reviewed and what issues were found.
5. Share feedback with internal teams to help improve quality.
