About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Build and maintain backend features using Python + Django (and FastAPI where required).
2. Develop REST APIs (Django REST Framework / FastAPI) and integrate them with frontend or third-party services.
3. Work with databases (PostgreSQL), including schema design, queries, and migrations.
4. Write clean, reusable, and testable code following best practices.
5. Debug issues, optimize endpoints, and improve performance.
6. Assist with deployment tasks (basic Docker/Linux/server concepts are a plus).
1. Strong basics of Python (OOP, data structures, functions, error handling).
2. Understanding of the Django framework (models, views, URLs, templates/admin basics).
3. Familiarity with Django ORM, migrations, and relational databases.
4. Basic knowledge of REST APIs (HTTP methods, status codes, JSON).
5. Comfortable using Git (branching, PRs, basic workflow).
