About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Evaluating supplier capabilities, conducting market research, analysing supplier proposals, and negotiating contracts
2. Work closely with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and the quality of the committed supplies
3. Identify and implement new suppliers for various products who can meet our commercial and technical requirements
4. Support the designer team to get the new products developed on website and having a deal tieing up with companies
5. Generate PO and follow up for existing product deliveries and ensure adequate inventory
6. Achieve cost savings through negotiations, alternate suppliers, etc.
7. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of goods and services monitoring supplier performance, addressing any issues or disputes and collaborating.
Note: The selection committee schedule
1. First round: A recorded interview via a Google Form will be shared through Internshala messages
2. Second round: An interview will be conducted directly with the HR or the founder
3. Evaluation period: If selected, the first 1-2 weeks will involve testing your knowledge and providing basic training your ability to work, create end products, and meet expectations confidently will be assessed, and upon satisfactory performance, you will be officially assigned the role, and your work offer will be provided
Note: Training period-duration- first 2 weeks (pay structure: working 1 hour daily on all working days earns INR 1,000 per month and working 10 hours daily earns INR 10,000 per month)
