1. Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate public speaking sessions for students with different confidence and skill levels.
2. Teach students in a friendly, supportive, and interactive manner, helping them express themselves confidently.
3 .Use creative activities, games, storytelling, and role-plays to make learning enjoyable.
4. Incorporate artificial intelligence tools and modern teaching techniques to improve student engagement and outcomes.
5. Provide positive and constructive feedback to help students grow in confidence and communication skills.
6 .Assist in creating lesson plans, activities, and curriculum content tailored for kids.
7. Collaborate with the teaching team to maintain a safe, motivating, and inclusive learning environment.
8. Continuously learn and stay updated with best practices in public speaking and child-focused education.
9. Participate in internal training and skill development programs to enhance your teaching abilities.
