About the Internship
Brainstem Technologies is seeking psychology interns to contribute to the testing and refinement of an AI-based mental health chatbot.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with the development and content teams to enhance response quality.
2. This role involves analyzing chatbot conversations through a psychological lens, identifying emotional nuances, and helping enhance the chatbot’s ability to respond empathetically and effectively.
3. Evaluate chatbot dialogues for tone, empathy, and conversational flow.
4. Identify gaps in emotional understanding and suggest improvements.
5. Apply psychological knowledge to assess user engagement and supportiveness.
