About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Act as a Listener and provide empathetic, judgment-free conversations.
2. Offer immediate support to help users feel heard and relaxed.
3. Guide individuals towards professional therapy sessions when needed.
4. Be part of the referral process: Listener → Counsellor → Psychologist → Clinical Psychologist → Psychiatrist.
5. Ensure confidentiality and proper documentation of every interaction.
Work shifts:
Day Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Preferred)
