About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist psychologists/therapists in the preparation and delivery of therapy sessions, group programs, workshops, and psychoeducational interventions.
2. Support administration, scoring, and basic interpretation (under supervision) of psychological screening tools and assessments.
3. Assist in developing session materials, worksheets, handouts, and therapeutic resources.
4. Observe therapy sessions or interventions (where permitted) and maintain reflective learning notes.
5. Ensure ethical handling of client information and maintain strict confidentiality.
6. Assist with literature reviews, reference management, and synthesis of research findings.
7. Support data collection, entry, coding, and preliminary quantitative and/or qualitative analysis.
8. Contribute to ongoing academic or applied research projects aligned with organizational goals.
9. Assist and provide support in conducting workshops and corporate wellness events.
