About the Internship
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our creative production team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our projects—from story mode narratives to game mode experiences—are delivered seamlessly and align with the overall vision of the IP. You will work closely with multiple creative and technical teams, including scriptwriters, image generation artists, and video generation artists, providing guidance, feedback, and coordination to ensure high-quality outcomes.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understand the company’s vision and the specific objectives of each project or IP.
2. Coordinate daily with multiple stakeholders across creative and technical teams to ensure project milestones are met.
3. Track project progress and monitor deliverables to ensure alignment with the overall vision and story objectives.
4. Provide constructive feedback to individuals at each stage of the production process.
5. Identify bottlenecks, triage issues, and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
6. Develop an in-depth understanding of content creation workflows and upskill continuously to offer informed guidance and feedback.
7. Maintain clear communication and documentation across teams to ensure everyone is aligned on objectives and progress.
8. Ensure timely completion of deliverables while maintaining the quality and integrity of the creative vision.
