About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Task & Timeline Management
- Break projects into tasks (with deadlines).
- Create and maintain project boards in Trello/ClickUp/Notion.
- Follow up daily with designers/editors to ensure timelines are met.
- Flag delays before they become problems.
2. Briefing & Internal Communication
- Convert your or client’s brief into clear internal task briefs.
- Share with the design/video team and ensure clarity.
- Keep all communication documented (so nothing gets lost in WhatsApp).
3. Client Coordination Support
- Collect client feedback and pass it to the right person.
- Schedule review calls or send progress updates.
- Make sure all revisions are tracked and completed.
4. Quality & Delivery Check
- Before final delivery, cross-check links, naming, versions, formats.
- Ensure the output matches the brief (and the quality bar).
5. Reporting
- Maintain a simple tracker of project status and send weekly updates to you.
- Report blockers or extra requirements early.
