About the Internship
As a Project Management Intern at WEXA AI, you will gain hands-on experience in managing projects within the dynamic and rapidly evolving field of artificial intelligence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support planning, execution, and delivery of projects, while developing essential project management skills.Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting in planning and coordinating project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
2. Supporting project documentation, including project plans, reports, and status updates.
3. Tracking project progress and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
4. Collaborating with different departments (tech, sales, and operations) to ensure smooth execution.
5. Using tools like MS-Excel, MS-Word, and project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira) to manage workflows.
6. Preparing presentations and reports for management review.
7. Participating in meetings, documenting minutes, and following up on action items.
8. Demonstrating strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
