About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Lead & inspire a volunteer dream team:
1. Recruit and onboard passionate volunteers who are eager to create change.
2. Discover each volunteer’s unique strengths and assign them meaningful roles.
3. Motivate and support your team to ensure high energy and engagement throughout the journey.
B. Design and deliver magical sessions:
1. Plan and oversee storytelling sessions that spark hope and imagination.
2. Ensure every session reflects the heart of Bookwallah’s mission—healing through stories.
3. Act as the go-to person for all session-related queries and ensure smooth execution.
C. Document the journey:
1. Craft and submit creative session plans and insightful monthly reports.
2. Track attendance, gather feedback, and monitor progress to celebrate wins and improve where needed.
D. Communicate like a pro:
1. Be the glue that holds the team together—coordinate with volunteers, orphanage staff, and Bookwallah leadership.
2. Ensure clarity and collaboration through effective delegation and open dialogue.
