About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Project Coordination
1. Maintain and update project trackers, milestones, and status dashboards.
2. Prepare and circulate meeting minutes, action items, and follow-up trackers.
3. Support the management of the RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
4. Assist in preparing weekly project status reports and presentations for leadership.
5. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to track progress and resolve blockers.
6. Organize and maintain all project-related documentation in a central repository.
7. Support training coordination and communication activities across business units.
B. Financial Model & Reporting
1. Assist in developing and maintaining the financial model for the migration project.
2. Track budget vs. actuals across multiple workstreams
3. Reconcile vendor invoices against budget allocations and forecasts.
4. Create and update Excel-based financial dashboards (variance analysis, cost tracking).
5. Support in preparing financial summaries and presentations
