About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in day-to-day production activities, ensuring adherence to production plans and timelines set by senior staff.
2. Participate in the execution of quality control protocols and report any deviations to supervisors for prompt corrective action.
3. Manage the safe receipt, storage, and movement of raw materials and finished products within the facility.
4. Support process optimization initiatives by observing, recording, and providing input to improve operational workflows.
5. Maintain accurate and comprehensive production logs, batch records, and documentation as per company standards.
6. Actively monitor and support batch processing steps to ensure correct procedures and consistency in outputs.
7. Compile and submit detailed shift reports outlining production volumes, operational issues, and compliance with schedules.
8. Monitor inventory consumption, conduct periodic stock audits, and assist with requisitioning materials as needed.
