About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:- Track and analyze support issues, prepare reports, and maintain logs in Excel/Google Sheets
- Monitor performance of AI-generated applications and flag anomalies
- Triage and follow through on user-reported issues, coordinating with product and engineering teams
- Document recurring issues, build troubleshooting guides, and maintain FAQs
- Assist internal teams and users in building stable applications on our AI platform
