About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:1. Technical support: Investigate and resolve customer support tickets; maintain a dynamic dashboard to identify product gaps and UX friction.
2. Training & documentation: Create and update the knowledge base (videos, articles, and slide decks) to help users navigate new product releases.
3. GTM & demo support: Build and maintain demo environments and sample datasets tailored for banks and enterprise clients.
4. Product testing: Design and execute test cases for new features; document defects and contribute to the QA regression suite for high-risk workflows like emissions calculations.
5. Cross-functional collaboration: Act as the feedback loop between customer problems and scalable product solutions.
