About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Scheduling posts on social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc., using Odoo's marketing apps.
2. Engaging with the community through comments, messages, and monitoring the performance of posts.
3. Designing and sending out email campaigns through Odoo’s Email Marketing app.
4. Analyzing email performance (open rates, click rates) and suggesting improvements for future campaigns.
5. Tracking the performance of digital marketing campaigns using Odoo’s Marketing Dashboard.
6. Analyzing key metrics and providing insights into campaign performance (e.g., ROI, engagement).
7. Assisting in the creation of blog posts, landing pages, and SEO-focused content for better visibility.
8. Working with SEO tools integrated within Odoo to track keywords, optimize website content, and improve search engine rankings.
9. Using Odoo's CRM to segment customers and create targeted campaigns for different customer groups.
10. Maintaining and updating customer records within the CRM system.
11. Adding new leads, contacts, and opportunities into the CRM system.
12. Assisting in the generation of leads through various channels (e.g., forms on landing pages, social media).
13. Analyzing and categorizing leads in Odoo CRM based on their level of interest and potential to convert.
14. Supporting the sales team in managing the customer sales pipeline.
15. Ensuring that all leads and opportunities are tracked and that the pipeline is updated regularly.
16. Using the CRM to record all interactions with customers (e.g., calls, emails, meetings).
17. Assisting in follow-up activities to ensure timely communication with leads and customers.
Reporting and Analytics:
18. Generating reports on lead conversion, sales performance, and marketing activities using Odoo’s built-in reporting tools.
19. Identifying trends and providing insights for optimizing CRM and marketing efforts.
System Training and Learning:
20. Understanding and mastering the use of Odoo modules for marketing and CRM.
21. Attending internal training sessions to get more familiar with Odoo's features and tools.
22. Working with the sales and support teams to align CRM and digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
23. Providing support for ad-hoc tasks like customizing Odoo’s CRM or marketing workflows.
24. Helping set up automated email responses, follow-ups, and marketing campaigns using Odoo’s automated workflow features.
25. Assisting in setting up customer surveys and feedback mechanisms through Odoo to gather insights about customer satisfaction.
