About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Social Media Management
1. Own and manage Farmer chat pages on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn for India, and more countries
2. Plan and schedule posts, reels, and stories to grow followers and engagement.
3. Track performance (reach, engagement, follower growth) and optimize content strategy.
B. Product Marketing and Growth (MoEngage & Plotline)
1. Set up and manage user acquisition & engagement campaigns (push notifications, WhatsApp, in-app messages) on MoEngage.
2. Analyze campaign performance (CTR, DAU/MAU, conversion, retention) and optimize for better results.
3. Leverage Plotline to design and optimize in-app experiences (tooltips, fl oaters, spotlights) to improve activation and engagement.
C. Design & Content Creation (Core Requirement)
1. Design high-quality social media creatives (posts, carousels, infographics) using Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
2. Create AI-generated reels and short videos tailored for regional contexts.
3. Develop visuals for performance marketing campaigns and app store listings.
D. Brand Support
1. Maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels.
2. Coordinate with product and design teams for campaign alignment.
3. Research agri-tech and digital marketing trends to inspire campaigns.
