About the Internship
Are you a driven and creative individual with a passion for sales and marketing? AvinyaSQ Technologies is seeking a talented Sales and Marketing intern to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in lead generation, marketing strategy, campaigns, digital marketing, market research, and content marketing.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Sales outreach & lead generation
1. Research and identify qualified B2B prospects across key target sectors
2. Support personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, and CRM workflows
3. Assist in meeting scheduling, follow-ups, and pipeline updates
4. Track lead progress and engagement metrics through CRM tools
B. Marketing campaigns, events & GTM support
1. Contribute to campaign planning and execution across LinkedIn, email, and niche cybersecurity platforms
2. Support promotional efforts for webinars, virtual roundtables, and product briefings
3. Assist in Go-to-Market (GTM) activities, such as creating launch content, sales enablement material, and messaging frameworks
4. Track campaign KPIs (open rates, click-throughs, registrations) and recommend improvements
C. Demand generation
1. Help design and implement demand gen activities, including content funnels, lead magnets (e.g., self-assessments, templates), and newsletter workflows
2. Collaborate with the team to identify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and key buyer personas
3. Use competitor and industry data to help refine targeting strategies and segmentation
D. Market research & industry intelligence
1. Track trends in post-quantum cryptography, data protection, and cybersecurity policies
2. Monitor competitors’ positioning, product messaging, and customer engagement tactics
3. Identify thought leadership themes and whitespace opportunities for AvinyaSQ to lead
E. Content creation & digital presence
1. Draft or co-create LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, blogs, case studies, and whitepapers
2. Develop messaging that speaks to enterprise buyers in a strategic yet simple tone
3. Support the content calendar and coordinate posting/promotion plans
F. CRM & sales enablement
1. Maintain CRM hygiene with updated records, contact notes, and lead stages
2. Assist in creating decks, proposals, and briefing documents for CXO-level meetings
3. Collaborate with sales and tech teams to shape proposals and positioning
