About the Internship

Truzell is seeking a Startup Intern to work directly with the Founder in a generalist role. As an intern with us, you will have the opportunity to utilize your skills in effective communication, creative writing, critical thinking, and problem-solving to make a real impact on our company's growth.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work directly with the founder on daily operations and user issues
2. Speak to customers via phone, chat or email to resolve queries
3. Help create blog posts, social media content, and support materials
4. Assist in managing pickups/deliveries, testing new features, and reporting bugs
5. Perform ad-hoc tasks needed in a fast-moving startup environment
