About the Internship
We are looking for a Product / Project Management Intern to support and help manage a cross-functional team of around 25 members working on building a Global Design System. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing large-scale digital product initiatives, collaborating with designers, developers, and product stakeholders from around the world.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in planning, organizing, and tracking project progress across multiple workstreams.
2. Coordinate with design, engineering, and documentation teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of tasks.
3. Help define and monitor measurable milestones, KPIs, and deadlines to ensure accountability.
4. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives in alignment with the product roadmap.
5. Identify blockers early and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues proactively.
6. Maintain and update project dashboards, task boards (Jira, Trello, or Notion), and documentation.
7. Communicate updates clearly and regularly to leadership and the wider team.
8. Motivate the team, foster collaboration, and ensure a productive and positive team culture.
