About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. UX Research and Design Support:
Assist in conducting user research to understand user needs, preferences and pain points.
Support wireframing, prototyping and interface design iterations.
Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure product usability and consistency.
Participate in user testing sessions and document feedback to improve product design.
2. Product Testing and Quality Analysis:
Help in testing features across platforms (web and mobile) for functionality, usability and design consistency.
Identify and document bugs, inconsistencies or areas for improvement in product workflows.
Prepare test reports and summaries highlighting critical findings and recommendations.
3. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive market research to understand trends, customer behavior and emerging technologies.
Analyze competitors’ products, features, pricing and UX strategies to provide actionable insights.
Assist in identifying new opportunities for product features or improvements.
Prepare structured reports, presentations and dashboards for management review.
4. Descriptive and Analytical Work:
Summarize insights from research, testing and user feedback in clear and concise formats.
Help in documenting product requirements, specifications and use cases.
Support the team in creating visually appealing presentations, infographics, and reports for stakeholders.
5. Collaboration and Reporting:
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of tasks.
Attend team meetings, provide updates on ongoing tasks, and contribute ideas for product enhancements.
Support the IT Head in tracking project timelines and progress.
