About the Internship
As a 'Product Management Intern,' you will work closely with the product lead, tech team, content team, and marketing team to support the planning, execution, and delivery of features for the BIG FM Super App. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who wants to build a career in Product Management at the intersection of Media, Content, and Technology.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
A. Product & Tech Coordination:
1. Act as a bridge between product, tech, and content teams
2. Help track feature development, timelines, and dependencies
3. Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and review meetings
4. Document requirements, feedback, and changes clearly
B. Requirement & Documentation Support:
1. Assist in creating and maintaining product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories & acceptance criteria, and feature briefs and internal decks
2. Ensure clarity between what is planned vs what is built
C. Content & Platform Enablement:
1. Work with the content team to understand audio, video, live, UGC workflow, content upload, moderation, and publishing needs
2. Translate content requirements into product or platform needs
D. Digital Marketing & Growth Support:
1. Develop a working understanding of app acquisition funnels, ASO basics (App Store & Play Store), and social media, influencer, and content-led growth
2. Support coordination between product and marketing for feature launches, in-app promotions, and engagement initiatives
E. User & Competitive Research:
1. Track competitor apps
2. Analyze app reviews, feature gaps, and content and engagement patterns
3. Assist in user feedback analysis and insights reporting
F. Analytics & Reporting (Basic Level):
1. Track basic metrics like: feature adoption, content performance, user engagement signals
2. Help prepare weekly product status and insight reports
