Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Deliver Exceptional Support: Resolve user issues with efficiency, empathy, and clarity.
2. Debug & Resolve (Engineers): Dive deep on technical issues and implement fixes when needed.
3. Curate Insights: Spot patterns in feedback and share actionable insights.
4. Improve Docs & Automation: Keep documentation fresh and help refine support automation.
5. Be the Voice of the Customer: Make sure user feedback drives product direction.
