About the Internship
About the Role:At Ruvera, we believe in authenticity, stillness, and clarity — values we weave into every product and message. As a Product Development Intern, you’ll work directly with the founder to explore fabrics, finishes, and design execution for our upcoming drops. This is a hands-on, research-driven role where you’ll coordinate with vendors, source samples, test materials, and document QC checks. You’ll help translate creative ideas into garments that reflect Ruvera’s philosophy.
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work is flexible, we can work remotely. But there are days we'll need to travel to office.
2. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source fabric samples, trims, and finishes.
3. Track vendor communications, costs, and production timelines.
4. Assist in quality checks (shrinkage, colorfastness, stitching, print durability).
5. Maintain organized production and R&D files (swatch library, test results, cost sheets).
6. Support design-to-production workflow for upcoming collections.
