About the Internship
Flipspaces operates at the intersection of data, behavior, technology, and space. We are looking for a driven 'Analyst Intern' to join our Experience Centre team in Mumbai. The Experience Center is an interactive environment that brings future workplace innovations to life through real-time demonstrations and hands-on engagement. As an 'Analyst Intern,' you will help generate the intelligence that fuels our design strategy, product innovation, and future-of-work insights.In this role, you will apply structured thinking and strong problem-solving skills to support the development of key initiatives for the Experience Center. You will conduct market research, analyze data, build quantitative frameworks, and contribute to project management efforts. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with numbers, skilled in research and analysis, and able to communicate insights clearly and effectively.
You will bring a structured, first-principles lens to questions like: How do organizations operate today, and how will they evolve in the future? What metrics and indicators define a future-ready workplace? How do global benchmarks compare across industries and regions? What tangible, measurable outcomes can be estimated from this project?
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
A. Structured Thinking & Problem Solving:
1. Applying structured thinking and strong analytical skills to break down complex issues.
2. Developing clear, logical, and actionable recommendations based on insights.
B. Research & Data Analysis:
1. Conducting market research, benchmarking, and trend analysis to inform strategic decisions.
2. Building and maintaining Excel-based analyses, quantitative models, and data frameworks.
C. Experience Center Concept & Execution:
1. Translating creative ideas and conceptual directions into detailed work plans and actionable steps.
2. Supporting the development and evolution of the Experience Center through data-backed insights.
3. Identifying new product variants, models, and emerging tech solutions for use in the Experience Center.
4. Benchmarking innovative products and vendors across global markets.
D. Project Management & Coordination:
1. Preparing detailed research reports, summaries, and recommendations for implementation.
2. Assisting in project planning, progress tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
3. Ensuring timely execution of deliverables across multiple workstreams.
E. Communication & Stakeholder Alignment:
1. Collaborating with the design, marketing, strategy, and supply chain teams to assess feasibility and integration potential.
2. Preparing high-quality presentations, reports, and communication materials.
3. Collaborating with internal teams to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and maintain alignment on objectives.
