About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:We are seeking a Product Active HR Admin Intern who will support the HR and operations team in managing people-related processes for product and tech teams. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about HR operations, has an interest in product management environments, and wants to gain hands-on experience in HR functions while understanding how product-based teams work.
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in recruitment activities for product, tech, and operations roles — including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
3. Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration process.
4. Manage attendance tracking, leave management, and support payroll documentation.
5. Coordinate with product and development teams to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
6. Assist in drafting and maintaining HR policies, SOPs, and compliance documents.
7. Support employee engagement activities, feedback collection, and surveys.
8. Handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR operations.
9. Work on HR analytics to generate reports related to recruitment, retention, and performance.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
1. Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Basic understanding of HR operations and product team dynamics.
3. Strong communication and organizational skills.
4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite.
5. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
6. Proactive and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
