About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Creating playbooks and workflow documents for various teams, departments, and services offered by the company
2. Conducting research and analysis to understand the fundamentals of the business, the end goals, and the workflow requirements
3. Brainstorming optimal steps for each task to achieve the best results with minimal time and effort
4. Hosting team meetings to explain workflows through Notion pages over Zoom, which will be recorded and added to our drive
5. Collaborating with the intern onboarding officer (IOO) to develop prompts for training and upskilling the teams
6. Creating and maintaining a database of feedback generators, FAQs, and training materials to reduce the time needed to give feedback and enhance the training process
7. Developing tasks and creating materials that the IOO can use to explain workflows to the teams and provide high-quality feedback
8. Creating and maintaining drive folders to explain the workflow, updating drive videos, and creating a detailed team handbook for various departments to refer to
9. Understanding the business requirements, drafting a list of team members needed, brainstorming roles and responsibilities for each position, and completing the invent job role (IJR) workflow checklist
