About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Customer Relationship Management
1. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
2. Act as the primary point of contact to address inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
3. Understand customer needs to provide a personalized and positive experience.
B. Client Retention
1. Identify and implement strategies to improve customer retention.
2. Monitor satisfaction levels and resolve issues promptly.
3. Conduct follow-up calls or emails to gather feedback post-service or delivery.
C. Sales Support
1. Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
2. Assist customers in making decisions by understanding their requirements and recommending suitable products or services.
3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges to ensure smooth transactions.
D. Problem Resolution
1. Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
2. Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, product, and technical support to resolve issues impacting customer experience.
3. Maintain records of customer complaints and resolutions for future reference.
E. Customer Feedback and Reporting
1. Collect feedback through surveys, conversations, and follow-ups.
2. Prepare regular reports on satisfaction trends, recurring issues, and improvement areas.
3. Use insights to suggest or drive service and product improvements.
F. Cross-team Collaboration
1. Work with marketing and product teams to incorporate customer needs into campaigns and product enhancements.
2. Assist in developing resources or training material to enhance customer interactions across touchpoints.
G. CRM Software Management
1. Manage and update customer information using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot).
2. Track interactions, sales opportunities, and case histories in the CRM system.
